Job summary

Bekaert is seeking a Sales Specification Engineer – Infrastructure (ME) to drive the specification and adoption of steel fiber reinforcement in major Middle East infrastructure projects. Based in Dubai, you will engage consultants, owners and authorities to maximize project conversion and tender success.

You will coordinate with internal teams, support design reviews, and help secure product approvals while traveling across the region as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
Master’s degree in engineering science or fiber technology is preferred.
Knowledge of Eurocode, fib Model Code, ACI, and BS EN standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

Promote Bekaert steel fiber solutions to consultants, designers, owners, and engineering firms during design phases.
Secure inclusion of Bekaert products and specifications in tender documents.
Identify and track upcoming infrastructure, tunnelling, ports, industrial, and precast projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop optimized steel fiber design solutions approved by authorities.
Support design reviews, value engineering, and technical comparisons against traditional reinforcement.
Lead product approvals, certifications, and compliance activities with local authorities.
