Qualifications

• BSc in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years GCC experience.
• Strong experience in Pre-Tender and Post-Tender activities.
• Track project expenditure, monthly progress, and forecast final costs.
• Understanding of contracts, variations and cost control.
• Experience on infrastructure/civil projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control project scope in line with objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed cost analyses and develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance value.
• Track and forecast project costs and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
