Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for infrastructure projects in Dubai, UAE. You will manage cost control, BOQs, valuations, variations, claims, procurement, and contract administration across major infrastructure works, supporting residential and mixed-use developments.

Requirements include a Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, and a minimum of 7 years' experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management experience.
• At least 5 years of UAE construction experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, stormwater, and utility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities and cost estimates for infrastructure packages.
• Measure roads, utilities, drainage and related civil works from drawings and site info.
• Verify quantities and support interim payments and valuations.
• Assess variations, change orders, and contractual claims with commercial focus.
• Maintain cost records and prepare cost forecasts and cash-flow projections.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and Contractors for cost control.
