Job summary

Good co India leads enterprise cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP, defining strategy, governance, and roadmaps aligned with business goals. The role focuses on secure, scalable, cost-optimized platforms and strong IaC practices.

Leading cloud migrations, hybrid and multi-cloud modernization, you will design landing zones, networking, and security architectures while guiding DevOps, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Define cloud infrastructure strategy, architecture standards, governance models, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Architect and manage secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized cloud platforms.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and hybrid cloud transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement cloud landing zones, networking, compute, storage, identity, and security architectures.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Bicep, and Ansible.
• Drive automation initiatives for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployments, and operational processes.
• Oversee Kubernetes, Docker, and container platform implementations for enterprise applications.
• Design and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, application, and operations teams to deliver reliable cloud services.
• Implement cloud security best practices including IAM, access controls, encryption, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and cost optimization using cloud monitoring and observability tools.
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate new cloud technologies and recommend solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage technical relationships with cloud vendors, partners, and service providers.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architecture reviews, and guidance to cloud engineering teams.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and governance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8 to 13 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Infrastructure Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or Enterprise Infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience designing and managing enterprise cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Proven experience leading cloud migration, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with cloud services including compute, storage, networking, security, identity, and monitoring.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Bicep, and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience managing Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, container platforms, and cloud‑native infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, automation, and configuration management.
• Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, PowerShell, Bash scripting, and Python automation.
• Experience with cloud security, IAM, Zero Trust, compliance, vulnerability management, and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, backup strategies, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK Stack, and Datadog.
• Excellent technical leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects.
