Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Dubai seeks a Growth & Proposals Coordinator to support the Infrastructure & Built Environment growth team. The role focuses on coordinating growth activities, maintaining pursuit content, and providing administrative and logistical support across presentations, proposals, and leadership updates.

The candidate will ensure materials are accurate, timely, and professionally presented, working with cross-functional teams to align with processes and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of coordination, business development, marketing, communications, proposal support, or related environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, maintenance, and quality review of resumes, project descriptions, presentations and other growth materials.
• Serve as knowledge management focal point; keep content current and organized.
• Coordinate growth portals, opportunity records, and stakeholder engagement for submissions.
• Capture insights from pursuits and support application of lessons to future opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews, and logistics for growth activities, including schedules and materials.
