Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.
• Nine+ years in infrastructure, business development, or proposals.
• Experience leading complex infrastructure pursuits and teams.
• Strong understanding of the full pursuit lifecycle and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit planning from qualification through submission, interview, and handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors and run strategy sessions and workshops.
• Develop pursuit plans, schedules, governance milestones, and action logs.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions across the team.
• Translate customer priorities into differentiated win strategies and content.
