Job summary

KBR is seeking a Growth & Proposals Manager (Infrastructure & Built Environment) to drive end-to-end growth and pursuit activities across the region from Abu Dhabi/Dubai. Flexible to travel, you will work with diverse teams to develop win strategies, executive summaries, and high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements and governance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
9+ years in infrastructure, business development, sales, or proposals.
Experience supporting or leading complex pursuits in infrastructure or major capital projects.
Strong understanding of the full pursuit lifecycle from qualification to handover.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional work and influence stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end growth and pursuit activities for Infrastructure & Built Environment opportunities.
Translate market insights into differentiated win strategies and value propositions.
Coordinate cross-functional contributors and subject matter experts to deliver proposals.
Develop executive summaries and persuasive technical and commercial content.
Ensure compliant and timely submissions, with disciplined version control.
