Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of coordination, business development, marketing, proposals, or related environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, maintenance, and quality review of resumes, project descriptions, presentations, and other growth materials.
• Serve as Infrastructure focal point for growth-related knowledge management and content organization.
• Coordinate portals, opportunity records, and stakeholder engagement for submissions.
• Act as growth lessons learned champion, capturing insights for future opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews, and logistics for growth activities and leadership updates.
• Support data collection, content integration, document control, and leadership reports.
