Job summary

Gulfjobfair in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to lead banking infrastructure, cloud and platform operations with strong hands-on Azure, Kubernetes/OpenShift and Linux expertise. You will work with Terraform, IaC and GitOps to automate platforms, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

The ideal candidate has 6–12+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, with a focus on secure, scalable cloud-native operations and integration for core banking

Qualifications

• 6-12+ years of experience in banking infrastructure, cloud or platform operations.
• Hands-on expertise in Azure, Kubernetes/OpenShift and Linux.
• Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps and platform automation.
• Expertise in high availability, scalability, monitoring, observability, capacity management and disaster recovery.
• Understanding of API, event-platform and integration infrastructure for core banking or digital transformation environments.
• Experience in infrastructure security hardening, backup and resilient cloud-native operations.
• Exposure to AIOps and AI-assisted operations for log analysis, incident correlation, runbook support and infrastructure-code reviews.
