KBR seeks a Growth & Proposals Manager for Infrastructure & Built Environment, based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai. The role leads end-to-end growth, pursuit planning, and high-quality proposal content across the region, coordinating across engineering, estimating, finance and legal teams.

The candidate translates market insights into win strategies, shapes executive summaries, and ensures compliant, compelling submissions while driving disciplined governance and knowledge capture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• At least nine years of progressive experience in infrastructure business development, sales growth, proposals, estimating, or related field.
• Experience supporting or leading complex pursuits in infrastructure, built environment, advisory, or major capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end growth and pursuit activities for Infrastructure & Built Environment opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors to deliver complete, accurate, timely submissions.
• Develop pursuit plans, schedules, governance milestones, and accountabilities.
• Translate customer priorities and market insight into differentiated win strategies and value propositions.
• Develop executive summaries and shape persuasive technical, management, and commercial content.
• Ensure proposal messaging is compliant, customer-focused and aligned with pursuit strategy.
• Support pricing, commercial, and governance throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
