Job summary

Wasael Property Management seeks an Information Management Lead to govern project information, ensure secure storage, and enable digital delivery across developments in Abu Dhabi. You will define standards, manage CDE platforms, and supervise document control with strong focus on governance and traceability.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ISO 19650, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, auditing data quality, and guiding BIM-enabled processes throughout the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or related field.
• Professional certification in Information Management, BIM, Document Control, or Project Management would be an advantage.
• Strong experience in information and document management within construction, real estate development, infrastructure, or major project environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information management strategies, policies, procedures, and standards across projects.
• Establish and manage information management systems and CDEs to support effective project delivery.
• Ensure project documentation, drawings, models, correspondence, and records are appropriately classified, controlled, stored, distributed, and archived.
• Define information management requirements, workflows, naming conventions, document structures, and approval processes.
• Coordinate with Project, Technical, Design, Commercial, Procurement, and other teams to ensure timely availability and exchange of accurate project information.
• Oversee document control activities and ensure effective version control, revision management, and traceability of project documentation.
• Monitor information management performance and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams, consultants, and contractors on information management systems, procedures, and requirements.
• Lead and manage the Information Management and Document Control team, ensuring clear responsibilities and effective performance.
