Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Information Management Manager/Director to lead governance, data management, document control, and digital information strategies across the organisation.

You will develop policies, manage information platforms, ensure security and compliance, and mentor teams while driving digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration. A strong background in information management and relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in information management, data governance, and records management at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of information governance, data quality, security and compliance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement information management strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Lead document management, data governance, information architecture, and records management.
• Ensure information is accurate, accessible, secure, and compliant.
• Manage document control systems, databases, and digital workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, project, engineering, business, and leadership teams to improve information workflows.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, system integration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor information management, document control, and data management teams.
