Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Director, HR Digital Transformation to lead the development and execution of the HR digital transformation strategy, modernizing HR processes, systems, and service delivery.

You will drive workforce analytics, stakeholder engagement, and change management across a large organization, leveraging HRIS, ATS, and learning platforms to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 12+ years in HR, Digital Transformation or HR technology.
• Experience leading enterprise HR transformation and system implementations.
• Government or large org experience preferred.
• PMP or SAP SuccessFactors certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HR digital transformation roadmap.
• Oversee HR technology platforms, automation, and system integrations.
• Establish HR analytics and executive dashboards with data governance.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across HR initiatives.
• Advise senior leadership on HR technology strategy and vendor partnerships.
