Job summary

Spafax in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Account Executive to manage the day-to-day relationship with an airline client and coordinate delivery of the Inflight Entertainment programme.

You will oversee content schedules, budgets, and cross‑functional workstreams, while maintaining strong client partnerships and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent English, sharp organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in account coordination, client servicing, or a similar role within media, entertainment, advertising or aviation.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and understand their objectives.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills and confidence with AI tools.
• Proactive, positive and adaptable approach with ownership and accountability.
• Knowledge of and genuine interest in TV, Movie & Audio content.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationship with the client (airline) acting as a main point of contact for all IFE requests and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain understanding of the airline's brand, objectives, route network and passenger demographics to support content strategy.
• Oversee content programming schedules and coordinate with programming, metadata, production and operations teams to ensure delivery on time.
• Attend regular client editorial meetings, prepare materials, document decisions and follow up on actions.
• Maintain clear records of client requirements and instructions, ensuring communication and timely implementation.
• Track content requirements, programming changes and promotional activities, keeping stakeholders informed and deadlines met.
• Organize and manage Quarterly Business Reviews with input from internal teams.
• Monitor progress against agreed deliverables and address delays or issues proactively.
• Maintain and monitor the account's monthly and annual budgets in coordination with Finance and internal teams.
• Track content licensing costs and expenditure against approved budgets.
