Responsibilities

• Strategic Programming: curate airline inflight content monthly with licensing and pricing considerations.
• Client Satisfaction: manage client expectations for programming projects daily.
• Content Screening: review content for guideline alignment and reporting.
• Database Management: ingest proposals and keep content library updated.
• Media Scheduling/Operations: create schedules and support media processing.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
• Quality Control: troubleshoot media and improve processes; travel for onsite testing if needed.
• High Quality Service: deliver personalized service to airline and content partners.
• Data Insights & Performance Analysis: leverage analytics to inform decisions and trends.
