Responsibilities

• Manage airline client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Oversee end-to-end inflight entertainment content delivery.
• Collaborate with programming, acquisitions, operations and commercial teams.
• Curate engaging monthly content programmes across film, TV, music and podcasts.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and quality throughout the media lifecycle.
• Prepare weekly/monthly client reports and analytics.
