Job summary

Mom’s Pure Milk R&D FZ LLC in Dubai Healthcare City seeks a Technical Manager / Industrial Pharmacist to lead GMP manufacturing and cleanroom operations on-site in Dubai. You will act as a key technical liaison with the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE), supervise production staff, review batch records, deviations and CAPA, and ensure end-to-end traceability in each batch.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, UAE pharmacist license or eligibility, 3+ years in pharmaceutical

Mom’s Pure Milk R&D FZ LLC is a dedicated breast milk preservation and freeze-drying research facility in Dubai Healthcare City. We help families convert their own frozen breast milk into shelf-stable powder for personal use, giving them convenience and flexibility. Every batch is processed individually and returned only to the mother it came from. Milk from different customers is never mixed. Each order follows strict handling, packaging, quality assurance and optional nutritional testing protocols.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position. You will oversee GMP-compliant manufacturing and cleanroom operations for breast milk preservation and powder production, and act as a key technical liaison with the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE).

Responsibilities include: Supervising and documenting production activities in line with approved SOPs and GMP:

• Maintaining strict segregation and end-to-end traceability of every customer batch
• Reviewing batch records, deviations and technical documentation, and supporting CAPA and change control
• Overseeing environmental monitoring, hygiene, cleaning and sanitation controls
• Participating in batch review and release under MPM’s approved Quality Management System
• Supporting audits, regulatory inspections and process validation
• Training and assessing production staff on GMP requirements
• Reviewing and improving SOPs and supporting R&D projects
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• UAE pharmacist license, or eligibility to obtain it before regulatory appointment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP production, QA/QC or cleanroom operations
• Practical GMP knowledge: batch documentation, deviation investigation, CAPA, change control and batch release
• Ability to supervise and train technical staff
• Comfort taking part in regulatory assessments, inspections and technical interviews
• Strong written and spoken English

Preferred: experience with EDE/MOHAP or GMP inspections; non-sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing; ISO-classified cleanroom environments; biological products; environmental monitoring and equipment qualification. Regulatory Requirement: Appointment as Technical Manager is subject to completion of all applicable licensing and qualification requirements and acceptance by the relevant UAE regulatory authorities, including EDE where applicable.
