Job summary

Mom’s Pure Milk R&D FZ LLC in Dubai Healthcare City seeks a Technical Manager / Industrial Pharmacist to lead GMP manufacturing and cleanroom operations on-site in Dubai. You will act as a key technical liaison with the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE), supervise production staff, review batch records, deviations and CAPA, and ensure end-to-end traceability in each batch.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, UAE pharmacist license or eligibility, 3+ years in pharmaceutical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• UAE pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain it before appointment.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP production, QA/QC or cleanroom operations.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GMP-compliant manufacturing and cleanroom operations.
• Review batch records, deviations, CAPA and change control.
• Train production staff on GMP requirements.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections and process validation.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability of every batch per SOPs.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities such as EDE/MOHAP as needed.
