CRC in Dubai is expanding its Industrial & Logistics division, seeking experienced brokers to operate in a high-value market. You will advise on warehouses, logistics hubs, and industrial space, while negotiating leasing and sales deals for regional occupiers, investors and developers.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales track record in industrial real estate, a commercial background, and fluent English with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experienced brokers with strong sales track records.
• Industrial or commercial background preferred.
• Fluent English with a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Advise on warehouses, logistics hubs, industrial land and manufacturing space.
• Negotiate high-value leasing and sales deals for occupiers, investors and developers.

• Develop and maintain client networks across UAE.
