Job summary

Continental Club Property, based in Dubai, seeks an adaptable real estate professional to manage client inquiries, guide property selections, and close deals in a dynamic international environment.

You will engage in both cold outreach and warm lead processing, organize meetings, viewings, and consultations, then fully support clients from first contact through deal completion, logging all activity in the CRM.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate or premium sales.
• Basic to confident level of English.
• Experience with Bitrix CRM.
• No fixed monthly salary; earnings are based on deals.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and property selection.
• Organize meetings, viewings and consultations.
• Support clients from first contact to deal completion.
• Record all activity in the CRM.
