Job summary

BW Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an ambitious Commercial Broker to generate new business, advise on commercial property solutions, and close high‑value transactions across the Dubai market. You will source, qualify and convert opportunities, build relationships with landlords, tenants and investors, and negotiate leasing and sales strategies across office, retail and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in business development and closing deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused.
• RERA certification provided on onboarding.
• Direct experience not necessary as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and convert new commercial property opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Advise clients on leasing and sales strategies across office, retail, and industrial sectors.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM.
• Stay informed on market trends and commercial property activity in Dubai.
