Job summary

AGCO PROPERTIES invites applications for a full-time Real Estate Broker in Dubai. You will manage client relationships, facilitate property sales and rentals, and support buyers and sellers through negotiations, ensuring precise guidance for buying, selling, or leasing properties.

You will also promote listings, pursue new business opportunities, and perform day-to-day tasks in a competitive market. Visa, medical insurance, and RERA cards are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Real estate, Business development, Customer services, Retails, Hospitality, Engineering and Sales
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Entrepreneurship and Microsoft office skills
• Additional Languages are Preferred " English , Arabic , Russian , Spanish , Turkish, Chinese, Mandarin , Japanese , Italian, Germen, French "
• Day-to-day training
• Visa, Medical Insurance and RERA cards.
• Up to 70% commission

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and assist buyers/sellers in property transactions.
• Conduct property sales and rentals and guide clients through negotiations.
• Navigate real property transactions and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate advice for buying, selling, or leasing properties.
• Oversee negotiations, promote property listings, and identify new business opportunities in a competitive market.
