Job summary

IDC Technologies is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead - Agentic AI to drive end-to-end AI program delivery in Abu Dhabi. Lead governance, scale, and production deployment of Agentic AI initiatives across enterprise environments, working with business leaders, AI engineers, and architects.

The role requires 12+ years in technology delivery, deep knowledge of Generative AI, and strong Agile leadership to align AI programs with regulatory and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or digital transformation leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale AI, Data, Digital, or Enterprise Technology programs.
• Strong expertise in Agile project scoping, planning, and execution methodologies.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI applications.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior executives and business leaders.
• Experience establishing governance, risk, compliance, and operational controls for AI initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and strategic priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI programs from discovery and scoping through production deployment and operational scaling.
• Define project roadmaps, delivery frameworks, governance models, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption and process transformation.
• Drive Agile planning, sprint execution, and delivery performance across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee integration of Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications and business workflows.
• Establish AI governance, compliance, security, and risk management frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and project escalations.
• Ensure successful deployment, monitoring, optimization, and scaling of AI solutions in production environments.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, product, and operations teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Promote best practices for AI-enabled software development lifecycles and enterprise AI adoption.
