Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar kitchen role.

• Proficient knife skills and HACCP understanding.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor the team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels.
• Highly organized with inventory and schedule management.
• Detail-oriented with focus on cleanliness and safety.
• Flexible to shifts and operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IndoPersian kitchen operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor prep, portions, inventory, and kitchen costs.

• Manage stock levels and optimize resource use.
• Deliver guest experiences by addressing requests promptly.
