Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for its IndoPersian fine dining concept. You will design innovative menus, mentor the culinary team, and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation in a luxury resort environment.

With a minimum of five years in fine dining and Michelin-star experience, you will lead operations, manage inventory and costs, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with brand partners to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience managing Michelin-star level restaurants.
• Strong ability to work with brand partners to create culinary experiences.
• Experience managing large teams and overseeing operations for high-end dining.
