Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a procurement specialist to manage general indirect procurement across marketing, HR, insurance, events and corporate services. You will source service providers, compare quotations, negotiate terms, coordinate contracts and renewals, and ensure on-time delivery within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience:2–5 years in procurement, purchasing, vendor management or corporate services.
• Experience in indirect procurement, marketing, events or general business services is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, quotation comparison and supplier coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple internal requests independently.
• Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage.
• UAE-based with immediate joiner preference; bilingual skills.

• Source event management companies, venues, catering, exhibition services, booth fabrication and event equipment.
• Procure office supplies, furniture, IT accessories, maintenance, cleaning and other corporate services.
• Maintain vendor records, coordinate supplier registration, service agreements, contract renewals, invoice verification and payment follow-up.
• Track spending against approved budgets, identify savings, maintain procurement trackers and report pending requests, renewals and supplier issues.
