Job summary

PixelWave Studios in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a diverse team.

You will manage staff, control inventory and costs, train new hires, and collaborate with the kitchen to maintain quality and timely service. Fluency in Hindi or another Indian language is required, with English as a plus; a biometric passport for international travel is needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication in Hindi or another Indian language; English is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and experience with ordering supplies.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
• Biometric passport for international travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
• Create and maintain work schedules for all employees
• Train new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and food preparation techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve them promptly
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and is presented in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback
