The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and hands-on leadership. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is expected. Salary and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be Indian nationality with valid UAE visa.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to managing staff.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Train and develop staff members to ensure high-quality service standards.
• Create and maintain budgets, ensuring profitability for the restaurant.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain our high standards.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and update menu offerings.
