Job summary

WealthGuard USA seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of an Indian cuisine restaurant in Dubai. You will manage staff, food quality, customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.

This is a full-time role with a monthly salary of $1,800. Candidates should have prior restaurant management in Indian cuisine, strong leadership and budgeting/inventory skills; English is preferred; biometric passport is required for international travel; accommodation is not

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in Indian cuisine settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory management and profit/loss analysis.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Biometric passport required for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
• Ensure high-quality food and service standards are consistently met
• Train and mentor staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Manage budget and expenses to ensure profitability
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain loyal ones
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement
