Indian Executive Chef in El-Ain

We are a busy restaurant in El-Ain and we are seeking a skilled Indian Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create menu items, taking into consideration food cost and availability
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to high standards
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create new dishes to add to the menu based on customer feedback and seasonal availability of ingredients
• Work closely with management to develop strategies for increasing restaurant profitability

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in an Indian restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and modern trends
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with menu planning, food cost control, inventory management, and ordering supplies
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
