Job summary

BrandConnect Media in El-Ain is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine team. You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, inventory control and staff training in a dynamic, full-time role.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Indian cuisine experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent English communication. Visa eligibility and prior hotel/restaurant experience are assets for this position.

Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine team in El-Ain The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and be able to create innovative and authentic dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of the kitchen including menu planning food preparation inventory management and staff training This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided so we are looking for candidates who already have their own visa and are authorized to work in El-Ain We welcome applications from graduates with relevant culinary qualifications and at least 5 years of experience in the Indian cuisine industry As an English-speaking employer proficiency in English is required for effective communication with the team

• Ensure high quality of food preparation and presentation
• Manage inventory levels to ensure efficient use of ingredients
