Indian Executive Chef - Dubai

As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant's kitchen in Dubai. You will be in charge of creating and implementing menus, managing inventory and kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment, with a strong knowledge of Indian cuisine. This position requires excellent communication skills in English, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract job with an urgent start date. Salary is $1500 per month.
