Executive Connect Qatar in Dubai is seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef for a seasonal role. You will oversee kitchen operations, lead a diverse culinary team and craft menus with a modern Indian twist to delight guests in a high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an Executive Chef, a Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, fluent English preferred, and a track record of managing food cost and inventory while maintaining top quality and compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Strong leadership with ability to train and motivate a diverse team.

Are you a skilled and experienced Executive Chef looking for an exciting opportunity in Dubai We are currently seeking an Indian Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and leading a team of culinary professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menus that reflect Indian cuisine with a modern twist
• Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and plating
• Train and lead kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
• Maintain inventory levels and manage food costs to meet budget targets
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
• Knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cooking techniques and ingredients
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage inventory levels and food costs effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting

Salary

This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1500 USD per month
