GMG Group in Dubai is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to deliver compelling store layouts and window displays that reflect our brand identity and drive sales across our Dubai stores. You will interpret seasonal directives, create wall and table displays, maintain knowledge of key investments and best sellers, and support campaigns with accuracy and creativity.

Collaborating with area managers and marketing teams, you will ensure best practices in visual standards, manage inventory like mannequins

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Product and brand knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Creativity and an eye for visual detail.

Aufgaben

• Implement mannequin styling in line with VP directives and current trends.
• Interpret and execute new seasonal VP directives and guidelines.
• Create wall and table visual displays with innovation and creativity.
• Maintain knowledge of key investments, best sellers and seasonal looks.
• Manage POP and mannequins, including storage and returns.
• Implement visual processes and procedures to deliver best practice.
• Support back-of-house management to service the sales floor.
• Make VM decisions based on performance of best sellers.
• Contribute to photo reports and collaborate on presentation records.
• Support marketing initiatives by reviewing visual delivery against schedules.
• Manage seasonal marketing updates, including wardrobe images and signs.
