Job summary

GMG in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to deliver compelling in-store visuals, mannequin styling, and wall/table displays that reflect brand identity and drive sales.

You will implement seasonal directives, maintain product knowledge, manage POP materials and props, and support campaigns with marketing teams. A high school diploma and 1–3 years' VM experience, plus strong creativity and customer-focused service, are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant visual merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute mannequin styling in line with VP directives and current trends, showing innovation, detailing and style
• Interpret and execute new seasonal VP directives and guidelines, adapting them to store requirements efficiently and in line with the vision
• Create wall and table visual displays that show innovation and creativity in line with visual concepts
• Maintain strong product knowledge of key investments, best sellers and seasonal key looks
• Manage POP and mannequins, including base identification, storage, returns, requests and care before and after campaigns
• Implement visual processes and procedures to deliver best practice across all stores in your area of responsibility
• Support back‑of‑house management to service the sales floor, including POP, wardrobe imagery and benefit sign management
• Make VM decisions based on business acumen and the performance of best sellers and departments
• Contribute to photo reports and work with AVMs to create presentation reports and keep visual records of all VM updates and campaigns
• Support marketing initiatives by reviewing delivery of visual activities against schedules
• Manage and implement seasonal marketing updates, including wardrobe images and benefit signs
• Give your line manager and local suppliers feedback on the quality and content of visual material, and manage the marketing cart, VM costs and props
• Execute campaigns and events alongside agencies, ensuring best practice and correct implementation
