Qualifications

• English is the primary language; other languages are desirable.
• Experience in luxury hotels/restaurants in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the In-Room Dining area to ensure top guest experience.
• Take and process guest orders in person or by phone with accuracy.
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly meeting hotel standards.
• Set up and serve in-room dining orders with attention to guest preferences.
• Handle inquiries professionally, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
