Job summary

The Lana, Dubai, Part of Dorchester Collection, seeks a Waiter – In-Room Dining to deliver exceptional luxury service to guests in their rooms. You will join a team committed to the company’s We Care philosophy and guest-centric standards across a prestigious Dubai property.

You will manage day-to-day In-Room Dining, take orders, deliver with pristine presentation, and collaborate with other departments to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel and restaurant environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day In-Room Dining operations to ensure top guest experience.
• Take and process guest orders via phone or in person with accuracy.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, maintaining presentation and standards.
• Set up and serve In-Room Dining orders, respecting guest preferences.
• Handle inquiries professionally and anticipate guest needs for personalized service.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain immaculate presentation and cleanliness.
• Support revenue targets while controlling costs, including beverage expenses.
