Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel.
• Previous experience in In-Room Dining or Room Service is required.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily In-Room Dining operations, ensuring efficient service and standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver personalized guest service.
• Oversee In-Room Dining orders from order taking and preparation coordination to timely delivery, setup and collection.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, service consistency, hygiene, and presentation.
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally, implementing effective service recovery.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service.
• Monitor staffing, duty schedules, briefings, and task allocation for adequate coverage.
• Control operating supplies, service equipment, and inventory, minimizing wastage.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
