Role Overview

In this position, individuals are responsible for the set up, installation, configuration, customization, and integration of SDx/SDx2 applications, and work process designs for clients purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. Individuals in this position work as a part of a project team to deliver high‑quality implementation and integration outcomes that ensure seamless operation across client systems and environments. Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred.

Success in this role requires strong adaptability, cultural awareness, and onsite presence with high expectations on delivery quality and responsiveness. Must have excellent knowledge on SDx2, Integration 2.0 and SIO mappings.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Technical Lead and Project Manager to ensure alignment, delivery of tasks, and timely execution of project activities
• Support coordination of on-site and remote client activities, including access setup, scheduling, and follow‑ups with relevant teams
• Assist in organizing and tracking SDV/DTO mapping, data migration from 3rd party EDMS systems SDx/SDx2, and design tools integration activities, content extraction from 2D and 3D models, ensuring alignment across technical teams
• Coordinate with technical teams on 3rd party systems integration deliverables (APIs, interfaces), industry standard work processes, collaboration between client and contractor and track progress against plan
• Must have experience on SPID, SI, SEL and S3Dsystems and engineering work processes
• Support testing and validation phases by organizing sessions, documenting outcomes, and following up on action items
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly communicate with customer
• Track and document issues and defects, ensuring proper escalation to product and engineering teams
• Capture and consolidate client feedback and share with product and services teams for continuous improvement
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including functional requirements, design documents, and lessons learned
• Prepare test scripts and conduct factory acceptance test
• Support training coordination, including scheduling sessions and ensuring readiness of materials and stakeholders
• Coordinate pre‑sales support activities when required (e.g., logistics for demos, workshops, or technical discussions)
• Ensure proper routing of support requests to the relevant teams and track resolution progress
