Implementation Engineer

Location: DXB

Department: DU - XAD - XD

• Responsible for OSP Projects (Status = Pending, In-Progress, Dependency, Portal Updates, Completion) LAR approval, SEB submission & RFS
• Technical support including site issues/solutions & operational communication with internal departments (Admin, Transport, Warehouse, QMS, EHS) client management, coordinators & field teams for assigned projects
• Project Wise access permission (FM/BM, CM, DC, GSM, Shelter, POP), documentation arrangement RA,MS,PTW, etc.
• Managing work allocation/schedule to OSP coordinator, XAD & Vendor teams follow up for proper updates/reports on survey/completion, DPR & portals update accordingly
• Inspection of field resources (XAD & Vendor Teams) updates to ensure QoS as per standard guidelines prior to each project deliver
• Projects wise documentation (TSSR, SLD, HOD (SLD, DSR, Connection Details, Completion Report, Test Report, LAR Approval) etc.) BOQ preparation, Du lead approval and submission to invoicing team
• Project Wise Tracking of consumable material request, arrangement, consumption and inventory stock
• Project Wise Tracking of client material supplier (R&M, Veston, Huawei, Nokia, Cisco & Du) MO, MIRF, MRF, Consumption & RMN
• Sufficient client material stock availability in XAD Warehouse
• Client material reconciliation, verification of claims (Invoices)

Salary Range: AED 4000 - 5000 per Month
