Job summary

TikTok Dubai is seeking a project intern to help grow the LIVE streaming business across international regions. You will support streamer operations planning, analyze local user preferences, and help translate insights into actions.

You'll assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of livestreamers, plan local campaigns to boost content diversity and revenue, and contribute to strategy, data analysis, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student graduating in 2026 or later.
• Fluent in English; Arabic would be beneficial.
• Strong product intuition with the ability to analyze, categorize, and prioritize user feedback.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Office software; passionate about the internet and short-video/live-streaming apps.
• Excellent communication, learning abilities, resilience under pressure and collaboration.
• Available to work at least four days per week.
• Internship of three months minimum.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of live streaming business across international regions.
• Participate in planning for streamer operations.
• Understand local user preferences in overseas markets.
• Review streamer interview results across multiple regions.
• Follow up on execution outcomes.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of livestreamers.
• Plan and execute local campaigns to enrich content diversity and enhance revenue.
• Assist with strategy development, information consolidation, document translation, and data analysis.
• Develop understanding of streamer and user behavior; identify overseas market user characteristics.
• Propose constructive suggestions and contribute to improving user experience.
