Job summary

TikTok LIVE team is offering an internship to students eager to gain hands-on experience in content strategy, monetisation, gifting, features, and data analysis for live streaming. You will support streamer operations, aid in recruitment and training, and help run local campaigns to boost revenue.

The role emphasizes cross-regional collaboration, translating data into actionable insights and improving user experiences for creators and agencies worldwide.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business or related discipline.
• Fluency in both oral and written English and Arabic; communicate with stakeholders across regions.
• Strong product intuition with the ability to analyse, categorise, and prioritise user feedback.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Office software; passionate about internet industry and short‑video/live‑streaming apps.
• Strong communication and learning abilities, resilient, collaborative.
• Able to work at least four days per week.
• Able to commit to an internship of three months minimum.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of live streaming business across international regions; participate in planning for streamer operations; understand local user preferences in overseas markets; review streamer interview results across multiple regions; follow up on execution outcomes.
• Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of live streamers.
• Help plan and execute local campaigns to enrich content diversity and enhance overall revenue.
• Assist with strategy development, information consolidation, document translation, and data analysis.
• Develop an understanding of streamer and user behaviour; propose constructive suggestions; drive problem-solving; improve user experience.
