Job summary

Hyperspace in Dubai seeks a Guest Services Agent for AYA Universe to guide visitors, manage flow, and support ticketing operations. You will ensure health, safety, and service standards while delivering memorable experiences in a high-energy immersive venue.

The role requires 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality. You will engage with guests, handle inquiries, and assist with transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide visitors through the immersive zones and explain the park's story.
• Manage guest flow and monitor capacities to ensure smooth navigation.
• Support ticketing operations and handle POS transactions and cash handling.
• Verify tickets, issue receipts, refunds or tickets, and resolve queries.
• Cross-sell products and assist with crowd control and safety adherence.
• Provide accurate information and assist guests to create memorable experiences.
