Zusammenfassung

TDW is seeking a Sales Manager for IMENA to develop, acquire, and grow TDW's market presence across the Middle East and North Africa. You will own commercial strategies, engage with key stakeholders, and drive revenue in assigned countries and strategic accounts.

The role requires traveling up to 50%, strong technical and commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with regional leadership to expand TDW's pipeline and differentiate our oil and gas solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field with 5+ years in sales or business development.
• Hot tapping and isolation sector experience is required.
• Experience in technical, solution-based or engineered-product sales.
• Oil and gas pipeline industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing major customers or geographic territories.
• Experience in Middle East and/or North Africa markets is advantageous.
• Sales leadership or ownership of major accounts is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sales, account development, and customer engagement plans for IMENA.
• Own commercial relationships with assigned customers and territories across engineering and operations.
• Identify, develop, negotiate, and close opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Grow TDW's market position by expanding strategic accounts and new business in IMENA.
• Build a sustainable pipeline by engaging customers early in projects and tenders.
• Travel up to 50% within IMENA, including international trips, and maintain valid driving license/passport.
