Job summary

BD SELECT in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Trade Marketing Executive IMEA to analyze market tendencies, correlate with sales, and drive future business potential across IMEA (Africa/India/GCC). The role supports sales and marketing with tools, launches, promotions, products, and loyalty programs, coordinating with distributors and business developers to grow the business.

Fluency in English is required; 3 years in a similar UAE role is preferred, with strong Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• 3 years in a similar role with UAE experience.
• Expertise with Excel, Word, and PPT; knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator is a plus.
• Salesforce, Power BI, Showpad knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the marketing mix and food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Define IMEA Trade Marketing plan (yearly & long-term) with BU and partners.
• Define local annual Trade Marketing plan for each market.
• Structure potentialities per family product and develop multicategory opportunities.
• Screen distribution channels to ensure efficient penetration across BtB/Food service.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align plans.
• Share plans with marketing and sales teams and track ROI.
