Job summary

JLL Dubai is offering a UAE National Graduate Analyst role in Integrated Facility Management (IFM). The position provides a launchpad into commercial real estate and facilities management with exposure to data analysis, reporting, budget support, and client-facing activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with CAFM/CMMS systems, assist in delivering FM services, support process improvements, and contribute to a dynamic, multicultural team in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Recent graduates (within the last 2 years) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report facility performance data and KPIs.
• Operational Support: Coordinate with service providers and track work orders.
• Financial Analysis: Assist in budget preparation and cost tracking.
• Client Service: Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Technology and Systems: Use CAFM/CMMS to track assets and generate reports.
