Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

JLL is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to launch their career in commercial real estate and facilities management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will support the delivery of comprehensive facility management services to our clients while developing technical and analytical skills essential for career growth in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

Support the IFM team in collecting, analyzing, and reporting facility performance data. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics. Assist in developing dashboards and visualization tools to communicate performance to stakeholders.

Operational Support

Contribute to day-to-day facility operations by coordinating with service providers, tracking work orders, and ensuring timely resolution of facility issues. Support the management of maintenance schedules, inspections, and compliance activities across managed properties.

Financial Analysis

Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and financial analysis for facility management contracts. Support invoice verification, expense reporting, and identification of cost optimization opportunities.

Client Service

Participate in client meetings and presentations. Respond to client inquiries and contribute to service delivery excellence. Help maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional communication.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Support implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the IFM portfolio.

Technology and Systems

Utilize facility management software systems (CAFM/CMMS) to track assets, manage work orders, and generate reports. Support digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption within the team.

Qualifications And Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field. Recent graduates (within the last 2 years) are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Arabic language skills are advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively in team environments while managing multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities. Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
