Job summary
JLL in Dubai is seeking a UAE National Graduate Analyst to join the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) team. You will support the delivery of comprehensive facility management services while developing technical and analytical skills essential for career growth in commercial real estate and facilities management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Recent graduates (within the last 2 years) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Analyze facility performance data and prepare KPIs and SLAs reports.
- Coordinate with service providers and track work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and invoice verification.
- Support client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Utilize CAFM/CMMS systems to track assets and generate reports.
