Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Recent graduates (within the last 2 years) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Data analysis and reporting on KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Support day-to-day facility operations by coordinating with service providers.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and financial analysis.
- Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Utilize CAFM/CMMS to track assets and generate reports.
