• Data Analysis and ReportingSupport the IFM team in collecting analyzing and reporting facility performance data Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators KPIs service level agreements SLAs and operational metrics Assist in developing dashboards and visualization tools to communicate performance to stakeholders
• Operational SupportContribute to day-to-day facility operations by coordinating with service providers tracking work orders and ensuring timely resolution of facility issues Support the management of maintenance schedules inspections and compliance activities across managed properties
• Financial AnalysisAssist in budget preparation cost tracking and financial analysis for facility management contracts Support invoice verification expense reporting and identification of cost optimization opportunities
